How billing works
- You buy and manage your membership through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to that store account when you confirm.
- A membership renews automatically for the same length until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Deleting your Avela account doesn’t cancel a membership. Cancel it in the store too.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. See our Terms of Service.
- Changed phones? Use Restore purchases in the app with the same store account.
